Unsubscribe / suppression API endpoint

An API endpoint to unsubscribe contacts programmatically would be very useful.This allows products to sync opt-out events from external systems (e.g. app settings, billing, support tools) and keep email preferences consistent. Ideally, unsubscribing works by email or contact ID and applies across campaigns and sequences (global suppression).
